I’ll keep this short and sweet as I’m preparing for Day 30….. erm, that’s it.
Day Twenty Eight: 10 mins Run, 6 Torso Twists, 12 Press-ups, 60 second Plank, 30 Jackknives, 3 mins Super Hula Hoop, 20 Side Lunges
Day Twenty Nine: Well deserved night off! My body needed a rest.
